Description

Just like the star it is named after, Meridiana displays its natural white color. Designed with the needs of a complete family in mind, it accommodates a granny flat separate from the primary residence that may be used for extended family or to generate extra revenue in the form of rent. This luxury double storey homes, consists of lower floor has all of the key spaces, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen. It also contains a butler's kitchen, a media room, and an additional room that may be utilized as a guest bedroom or home office. Home designs with granny flat is connected to the main dwelling by a wall. It has two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, and also has a separate entrance to ensure absolute privacy. The upper level may be described as a resting den, since it contains three bedrooms, including the master suite with a big walk-in closet and ensuite. While from that, the main dwelling has an alfresco with a BBQ for a relaxing evening and a puja nook within the house to maintain a positive atmosphere.

You can track everything including you council approved drawing, construction certificate etc. I have never heard about any such app with any other builder. So far very good experience.
