Now I am doing multiple electrical drawing changes and my manager is so cooperative. Construction started first week of February, so far roof tiles have been laid. So fast. I have to mention about NexaHomes andriod app. It will help you to understand what stage we are in and when this stage is expected to complete. You can track everything including you council approved drawing, construction certificate etc. I have never heard about any such app with any other builder. So far very good experience.

I am currently building with Nexa Homes and I would like to commend them for their speed of construction, flexibility in creating a custom house plan and their competitive pricing. It's been 6 weeks since they started constructing. Bricks are already up, roofs are on the way, electricals will be done the following week. I went with them for the custom design option and for speed and so far, I'm satisfied with both. Their pricing is also competitive. I'll share the photo which was taken 6 weeks since the construction started.

Just 3 weeks in to the construction process and the frames are up. It’s been a bliss working with Nexa homes to build our house. We had some bitter experience with other project builders.
