Glenfield is in the Macarthur district and is located 40 kilometres south-west of Sydney's CBD. It is part of the Campbelltown local government area. A village was created in 1881, with considerable expansion beginning in the 1950s. Glenfield is a calm, tidy community that is suitable for families with children, seniors, and professionals. Because of the availability of schools and child care services, as well as handy public transportation and reasonable pricing, many young families choose to reside here.
